The location is awesome! If you stay in the old building, you can park right in front of your door. I really enjoy staying here because the price is right and you can walk to the boardwalk in one minute. It is a friendly and happy place.

The best part about this property is the cleanliness. It’s spotless, there are no smells of mildew and they clean the sand off the rugs and floors so there is no crunchiness. The pool is wonderful. It’s a large size that can accommodate many. The rooms are a good size and the location to the beach is great!

    Friendly Services and Great Location!! Everything was great. Stayed two days and got to exspierence a lot in OCMD. I would definitely book another trip at the Beach Bum Inn.

    The location is fantastic as the hotel sits on the beach with private access directly from the hotel. The kitchenette is fairly new and functional with a small dishwashing. There is a bar and a small restaurant that offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Nothing fancy but perfect if someone doesn't want to leave the hotel. Free coffee all day by the elevator. Our room was clean and new. A good addition of a table and two chairs on the balcony.

    Everything! Quality Inn is our place to stay on our yearly girls beach trip! Rooms are spotlessly clean as are all areas of the hotel, staff are all friendly & helpful, all the pools are fantastic & we loved our outside patio this year. We usually do balcony rooms but patio room was very convenient to pools & the divine rum shack! Price is also amazingly affordable
