Nice and spacious room. Nice and clean bathroom with lots of towels. We could use an indoor pool. The outdoor pool wasn't open, but they did open it on our request. We had a very nice view from the balcony and the window in the room. Beds were clean and comfortable. Very good blind on the window allowed me to go to bed early in a dark room. There was a small refrigerator in the room with two small bottles of water. Breakfast was amazing, everything nice, really tasty and fresh. You couldn't possibly taste it all and eat there was so much of it. We got a coffee for breakfast and then we were offered another coffee. I was also able to hire for free walking poles. The whole place, everything we've used was nice and clean.

Typical Ticino-style Pensione Olanda is 1 km from the Madonna del Sasso pilgrimage church, and features garden and a terrace, furnished with deckchairs and offering panoramic views of Locarno and Lake... I went on a solo hiking vacation to Locarno, and Pensione Olanda exceeded my expectations. Davide and Sabrina are great hosts—very empathetic to guests' needs. The shared bathroom wasn't a problem; a bathrobe was ready in the room, and free fruit, tea, and coffee facilities were available. The place offers a beautiful view of the lake. You can sit for hours on the terrace in the evening and simply take it all in. This place is a true labor of love—you will feel welcome and thoroughly enjoy your stay. The rooms are impeccably tidy. I loved the décor and the attention to detail that truly makes your heart smile. The vegetarian breakfast is excellent, with homemade jams, banana bread, and a great variety of fruits and cheeses. I absolutely loved my stay there! This is definitely a place you’ll want to return to.

Situated right at the lake promenade, only a few steps from the ship mooring and Locarno's Piazza Grande, the Al Pozz offers you superb views of Lake Maggiore. Clean and comfortable hotel The hotel was clean and cozy. The breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A nice place to stay!

The staff was amazing, greeting you in the morning and welcoming after a day trip. Food from the chef was delicious and from local ingredients or outright homemade including a taste of amarro. :) We were going on trips during the day and always perfectly recharched in Osteria Grütli in the evening. Higher altitude was perfect for good night sleep.

Located directly at Lake Lugano in the centre of Morcote village, Albergo Ristorante della Posta features a lakeside restaurant and a private lake access. Free Wi-Fi is available. The property is literally at the bus stop and water ferry yet we heard no noise from the street. The restaurant is highly rated so we tried it the first night and returned the second as well. They provided stand fans in the room which was greatly appreciated. The view from the room and hotel are wonderful.

Lot's of attention for my little dog, they took good care of. Breakfast was good and I was ready for the rest of the trip. In daylight I then noticed the awesome location of the village. Breathtaking!
