It is a special place, with special atmosphere, completely quaiet, near the old medieval church with very interesting history. Very friedly and practical arrangement of the room. Absolutely quaiet.

Located in the southern Jutland town of Rødekro, this inn is 12 minutes’ drive from central Aabenraa. It offers free Wi-Fi and a restaurant with seasonal Danish cuisine. Friendly reception . Good bicycle storage inside and secure . Our room, #22 was large but without ambiance and right off the highway with traffic noise continually . Had A/C so we just kept the windows closed to decrease the noise . Our room was at the top is one of the narrowest and steepest staircases that we have experienced in a European Hotel . Only way out of the room was down the narrow stairs in an emergency or a fire . Really not a good idea or plan . Breakfast was good with several hot and cold choices .

This 16th-century inn is situated 3 km from the town of Christiansfeld. It offers old world charm in a quiet setting. Both central Kolding and Grønninghoved Beach are 20 minutes’ drive away. Historic, clean and a fantastic dinner and breakfast. The staff was excellent, I will be back.

Good location in the harbour, so close to ferries and also a small shopping centre with bicycle rental is only 50 metres away. The beach is not too far, about 15 minutes by bicycle.
