Staff was incredibly friendly. Appartement really spacious for Japanese standards, modern, clean, well equipped. Location not very near to train station, but easy (and affordable!) to catch a taxi at the train station. We came by car; free parking available. Quiet location, large supermarket nearby. Matsumoto is a great travellers' hub for day trips nearby.

The facilty is quiet and easy to access from the train station. They have all the appliances and items in the kitchen and resting area . Perfect for long stays.

It felt cosy and was very clean considering a lot of the spaces were shared. The staff were great and very easy to get along with - they actually seemed to enjoy their job and want to be there with the guests + were always happy to help. The shuttle service in the AM was super helpful.

Staff were lovely and so helpful. Huge breakfast. Great location to the lifts and you get discount at Thanx rental. Fresh towels each day and hotel is kept so clean.

Restmance Pension Woody Hill nằm ở Iiyama, cách Khu nghỉ dưỡng trượt tuyết Ryuoo Ski Park 25 km và Công viên Jigokudani Monkey Park 30 km. This was one of the best stays in any pension house I had all over Japan. The hosts really made it feel like home. The owner took us to onsen every evening and we shared dinner/drinks in the evening as well. Recently renovated and everything was really nice. Parking spots were available and it was a short walk up to the ski resort. If you were not going to ski during the day, you can work with ample space in the lodge to set up.

Mick (the owner) and his family and hired staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. They drove us around the town helped us rent ski equipment at a discount and recommended lots of incredible restaurants. We even had the chance to get dinner together at a nearby onsen (tattoo friendly!). It all felt like we were part of a huge, international family. Our stay also fell right at my birthday and they went out of their way to celebrate it. We were also the only guests since we arrive before the busy season started, so they treated us even extra special. We were even able to get snowboarding and skiing lessons from the family at a very cheap price!

Villa Kubota tọa lạc ở Nozawa Onsen, cách Công viên Jigokudani Monkey Park 31 km và Sở thú Suzaka City Zoo 40 km. Inn 2 sao này có các phòng được trang bị điều hòa, phòng tắm riêng và Wi-Fi miễn phí. Everyone there was so kind and welcoming. Grateful I got to meet them and stay with them. I would stay with them again in a heartbeat. It’s close enough to everything without being hard to get to.
