Staff were super efficient, friendly, and helpful. Room was clean,quiet, and private. Bed was very comfortable. Excellent location.

Friendly staff, quiet pool are, nice breakfast are with coffee, tea, and water, and cookies all day..complementary pool towels to use. It’s like they think of everything. Even a handwritten card saying to enjoy our stay and they are there if we need anything…

The quality of the room and shower the outside facilities not many what there was looked excellent but we did not use any. The walk into Mt Dora was about 15mins of easy walking with good restaurant nearby.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Porch. Room was comfortable and very quiet, location was incredible and we couldn't get enough of the neighborhood and it's beautiful architecture. In case you arrive by car, do not worry about parking, it was extremely easy to find a spot each time. We will definitely be back!

Mini-apartment had a stove, microwave, refrigerator and there were beach chairs available for use as well as beach towels. Overall, a great stay! I would stay here again.

The location is excellent as it is a one minute walk to the marina and a just a couple of minutes to several good restaurants. I stayed for over two weeks and found the kitchen really handy. The owners are super helpful and lovely people. I will definitely choose Davis House Inn for future visits to Sebastian!
