Perfect hotel and top location

The villas are amazing. Each villa has its own space for barbecue. The villas are located in a nice quiet pine forest and offer a lot of activities - tennis, football, kids playgrounds, jacuzzi, pool. The restaurant has good food. Staff do a little cleaning (taking out the trash, adding new trash bags) every day.

Swimming pool. Comfortable room and decent food. Great value for money

This is our second time staying at this hotel and once again we can highly recommend it. The staff is polite, the rooms are clean, hotel is close to the Yastrebets ski slope, food is delicious, spa perfect, etc. We might just repeat the same comment as last year. See you again 😊

Lovely apartment complex in a beautiful place in the mountains. It's in a remote area, a 15-minute drive from the Borovets resort. Clean air and water, the staff on site is great, and our toddler loved the toys and activities for children. Out of season pricing is competitive while the area is beautiful in the summer too!

Got an impression I’m staying in a very private facility, which was a value added to my vacation with my family.

This place is an absolute gem. Our host George has been exceptional so far. He assisted us with directions before we arrived and met us with a smile to show us around the room and small spa facility which looks lovely, complete with jacuzzi, sauna, bathroom facilities and optional music. George also helped us out with ski hire from the shop next door, they provided a good price compared to other tourist trap ski hire shops. I would recommend not booking ski hire, etc online and speaking to your host at the apartments instead. He advised that we get the rechargeable ski pass which works out cheaper if you're here for a bit longer. He also gave us reccomendations for food and drink nearby and told us where to avoid. The room itself is lovely, massive windows let in loads of natural light. Comfortable bed. There's also a nice shared balcony overlooking the ski slopes, which brings me on to my next point. The location could not be any better, right across the road from the ski slopes with the ski hire shop right next door and countless food and drink spots within a stone's throw. There seem to be some negative reviews linked to the Google page for White Horse Apartments which are actually for a white horse restaurant which isn't operating anymore. Don't let it deter you. George was also telling us about the plans to further improve the amenities for the accommodation. I won't share the details but it will definitely be worth checking out. We've barely started our holiday here but already we know that we'll be back at some point. Edit after check out: tried to leave a tip for George's mum who cleans the rooms because we can be a bit messy and when we went to collect our bags I found the tip lying on top of the bags. Went to give it to George and they refused to accept it. If that doesn't say something then I don't know what does.

It was a great apartment in a hotel. The best of both worlds. Everything was good and very clean. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

The place was warm, clean and had everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The host was very friendly and helpful. Definitely 10/10. Will come back!!

This is a Super cozy comfortable place to stay. The owner is very responsive to requests. We were two couples and the place was absolutely amazing. There is a sauna,jacuzzi and pool 2 floors below. We came for two nights and we will certainly come back again for a longer stay.

The facilities, location, closeness to Rila National Park

The staff was very nice, very helpful, make you feel like a VIP. The room was very clean and comfort. Varied breakfast, cooked on the sport with good quality. Separate parking for the guests of the hotel.

Its like your home,and its have all the thing that you need ,also the location is very good if your searching for a ski vacation. You have to be sure thats all clean and have something to eat.

Perfectly located and could walk to anything within the town.
