We loved our spacious room and if you leaned over the balcony you could see the Matterhorn. The staff was extremely welcoming to usabd our 2 dogs, delicious breakfast and we loved their kindness to let us use their spa ( after check out) once we came back from a very long hike . That was a lifesaver!

Hotel was In an amazing location! The room was decorated beautifully, and the bathroom was really nice. The added bonus of a balcony looking directly at the Matterhorn was superb. Breakfast was of a very high standard with an amazing choice of fresh foods. I loved my stay here. Thank you 😊

The apartment was beautiful and had all amenities. It would be great if a welcome pack was provided just to get started. The location is perfect for accessing all the cable cars, train and Zermatt itself. Also beautiful views of the Matterhorn which you can see from one of the balconies.

    Spacious and clean family room with a very BIG bathroom. Balcony is facing the rail but it's not that noisy perhaps with no or very few trains passing by at night or early morning. Breakfast choices are good too. Communication with hotel staff before the trip was prompt and helpful. I have to extend my gratitude again to hotel staff who helped to find a quiet corner with good Wifi connection for my daughter to take an online exam even after our check-out time. Many thanks indeed!
