Best view over the city from the terrace, fantastic breakfast, the best bed, when you feel like sleeping on the cloud, splendid breakfast (starts at 6.30 am!)

We had a wonderful stay at Napoli Centro Suite & Spa. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Naples and only steps away from Via Toledo, the Spanish Quarter and the metro — ideal for exploring the city on foot. Our room was very clean, comfortable and well maintained, and despite being in such a lively part of Naples, it was a great place to come back to after a long day exploring. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, with a good selection of both sweet and savoury options and, of course, some traditional Neapolitan treats. What really stood out, though, was the hospitality. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always willing to help, making us feel genuinely at home. A fantastic base for experiencing the real Napoli. Great location, great hospitality and excellent value. We would definitely stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very clean nice rooms with jacuzzi bath. Breakfast was variety of foods to eat. Quiet location and private parking.

The stay was great. The hotel helped us with everything, suggests for clubs and bar and even order us taxi.

Thank you Hotel Europa! The room was very clean and recently renovated. Everything looked new and High tech! The staff at the reception were extremely helpful — they helped us to book a taxi from the airport at the beginning of our stay and to the airport at the end. The breakfast was good, and the communication was very positive and friendly. There are grocery stores located nearby. It is important to note: if you plan to spend most of your time in Naples and do not intend to rent a car, it might be more convenient to book a hotel closer to Naples. We used public buses, it took approximately one hour to reach Naples Central Station and one hour for the return trip. It was an adventure for us ❤️

Location was good, room new and very clean, staff was very helpful and willing to make you feel welcoming. The roof top is a good option for when you arrive and need a bit of relaxation.

I had already been to this property back in 2009 and knew I wanted us to stay there again. It is an oasis in frenetic Napoli where you can take the time to relax and replenish your energies for further city explorations.

This was great accomodation in the center. Nice, clean and comfortable. Good communication. It's close to everything. Kitchen with sweet breakfast eggs and coffee. Very nice service and nice helpful stuff.

The location, the welcome and the staff especially Mounira. She was so nice and gave us so many recommendations and also an earlier check in, help with booking a taxi in the early morning. They even prepared snacks for the kids.

Excellent reception and support from Alberto, Cristina and Flaviano. The luxury apartment has all the things needed for an enjoyable stay. Big, clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Definitely a repeat for us when returning to Napoli.
