United Kingdom(actually stayed here November 2023) We were getting the dogu express which leaves Kayseri at 1am so we booked somewhere to rest so we didn't have to wait in the cold. Hotel is a very short 5 minute walk to the train station.
Staff were really lovely and welcoming. When we explained we were leaving very early and wouldn't be there for breakfast they offered to make us a sandwich and this was ready for us as we left! Really kind of them and really great service.
The bed was comfortable enough and the bathroom was clean if a little tired but it was perfect for what we needed.

LuxembourgThe staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was much bigger than I expected, cosy and comfortable. The meal at the restaurant was really good, expecially the cake. The breakfast was excellent too. Also, it's perfect for a one-night stay as it's rather close to the highway and easy to reach by car.

Great heated pool, delicious breakfasts, clean, spacious, and very comfortable rooms. We especially liked the ski lockers and ski rent. The ski lockers are heated, so your boots and ski clothes are always dry. We only rented skis and sticks and they were great. Overall, we liked the experience - the property is new, well-designed and equipped, clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast with great food selection. We also liked the SPA area and the outdoors pool.
