The property was lovely, it had a hot tub on the balcony which was amazing when it snowed! The owner left us a gift basket with some snacks and drinks which was a lovely touch. Very warm and spacious considering the size.

Breathtaker Hotel & Spa is set only a mere 80 meters from the Mount Buller Ski Lifts, offers a touch of luxury. Beautiful, ski-in/out, classy but comfortable. The apt was bigger than we expected- super comfortable bed- well thought out storage, great 18+ spa, great breakfast, cool cozy bar— friendly staff.

This boutique hotel offers luxuriously appointed apartments and spacious chalet style hotel rooms. It was a pleasure stay at The Banff Apartment at Pension Grimus Hotel. Since our checked in, The Receptionist who was young Lady was very friendly, helpful and provides a professional service to us. The restaurant is the best, the whole team of it deserves 5 stars recommendation. The apartment complete with kitchen, washing machine and dryer and fire place. It was neat, tidy and clean. The location is just door to door to Ski lift. The hotel is very recommendable for winter family holiday on Mt. Buller.

Location was great ! Views were beautiful , spa, pool and sauna amazing and the staff was very helpful and friendly ! Really great experience !
