Ruskovets Thermal SPA & Ski Resort is a modern hotel resort located in Dobrinishte, only 6 km from Bansko. The pool was fantastic, the hot tub was nice, the 3 different spa's we're also incredible. It was very clean, modern, and orderly. We we're shocked at the size of the rooms, they we're huge! Big for even western standards which is great! The mini-fridge was stocked really well, the staff was really nice. The spa was great, definitely take advantage!

Hotel was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had lots of variety, good food to set you up for the day. Great coffee too. Leisure facilities were excellent. Kids loved the pool in the evenings. The gym was good too. Regular shuttle bus to the gondola every morning. Storage room for skis and boots. My husband celebrated his birthday while on our holiday, and the staff left a complimentary bottle of wine for us to enjoy.

The hotel is excellent, stuff is super friendly and helpful, Ahmed helped us with the luggage, and is always here when you need him, breakfast was a 10, fresh baked goods, fluffiest pancakes you can image, a lot of variety and with good quality. Very clean and modern rooms, and overall interior of the hotel. Also very smart with the specialized room for ski equipment and the door that leads you out where the shuttle stands. Complementary Shuttle service to the Gondola and back, very helpful not to walk uphill, but it is very close to the gondola. Spa center was decent and clean, stuff was very friendly, I wish it had a thermal bath, that would have made the stay perfect.
