Greeting guests with its beautiful lobby chimney, this hotel offers accommodations on the shores of Villarrica Lake. It´s a beautiful hotel with magnificent views. Spotless bed and bathroom. We tried the bar and the restaurant for dinner, both excellent, above our expectations. Great breakfast too. Professional and friendly staff willing to help when needed. We would not hesitate to book again next time we visit the region.

There is a lovely outdoor space with two hot tubs a small pool and a sauna - so relaxing. The owners are so nice. We spoke to them and learned about the history of the space, and they were so friendly. They work very hard. We were in one of the alpine huts. It was small, but very comfortable. The breakfast was good and they also serve dinner (extra cost). We would return!

The entire staff approached us with kindness and care, and the owners are incredibly warm, approachable, and genuinely caring, making you feel welcome from the very first moment.

It was cold outside when we stayed, but we had a super easy to use stove, that kept nice temperature. Owner is extremely sympathetic and knows English very well. Additionally a friendly cat from the neighborhood visited us regularly

Staff was suuuper friendly and helpful, they gave us a bigger cabin than what we booked. Staff always bringing wood and making fire. Fire kept living room nice and warm, even though outside was cold. Cabin is nice, big and with plenty of natural wood. Surroundings is nice, green and between the threes. Super hot shower with plenty of water. Walking distance from city centre, around 20 mins.
