Inside the Walled City (Ciudad Amurallada), right by the Clock Tower (Torre del Reloj), a few steps from Getsemani neighborhood. Staff was incredibly helpful, kind and polite! I’d like to point out Mr. Alejandro, who went way and beyond to make us feel at home. Also, Alejandro took care of our check out process and personally made us capuccinos at 5 AM, so we could leave to catch our early flight. Simply perfect! Sol de Alba, pay attention to Alejandro, he would make a superb manager!
