Apukka Resort is in Apukka, just 15 minutes drive from Rovaniemi. The property features multiple saunas, including an ice sauna, igloo sauna and movable saunas. We love everything in Apukka Resort!!! Everything is perfect!!! Lake view is gorgeous, the room is comfort to stay and fully equipped. Friendly and helpful staff. The important is we very lucky to see the northen light and beautiful sunrise during our stay.

Set by Lake Kilpisjärvi off the E8 motorway, this resort is within 7 km of the Swedish and Norwegian borders. It offers cottages and apartments with private saunas, full kitchens and free Wi-Fi. The location and the views were something out of a fairy tale!

This Finnish Lapland property offers traditional cabins and a waterfront sauna next to Lake Inari. Guests can enjoy free parking and a beautiful setting surrounded by nature. The place is exactly as described, quiet, intimate and clean. The big windows give a great feeling of being in touch with the outside. The breakfast restaurant is a short walk away and is great deal. We would definitely stay again.

Wilderness Hotel Juutua is located right on the banks of Juutua River, in the immediate vicinity of Inari village's services. The award-winning Restaurant Aanaar is located in Wilderness Hotel Juutua.... The hotel has been renovated recently. Everything is brand new. There are not many restaurants around, so it is better to dine in the hotel, however you won’t regret it. The food is cooked well and presented in a high level.

The place it self is magical , and the chalet is super beautiful near to the lake , you can see the aurora lights from there , the sauna was amazing and authentic , and dont miss the dinner , super tasty. Our hosts were super welcoming and helpful , and always there when needed. I will certainly came back in spring.

It is a charming city away from Rovaniemi, it was a bit of scary ride of 2h30min over snow and icy roads. But getting there, we love everything about the place, our room was perfect, the pictures are as true as the experience. We had our private sauna and jacuzzi which we spoiled ourselves everyday. Breakfast and dinner was nice at the receptiom. The place is near to all attraction ski and the middle of nowhere views. We will be returning as we are in love with everything here! We even saw the northern lights from our room.

The hotel is right in front of a lake and every room as lake view. In our case we had snow and the lake was frozen, but the area and the hotel offers plenty of activities for that weather. We were travelling with our little girl so we couldn't book a Aurora Borealis "hunt" but we were lucky enough to see the Aurora from our room at 10pm! It was so magical. I recommend this hotel and this trip to anyone that wants to disconnect and have amazing days in the nature.
