Marta was so friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.. Great restaurant recommendations, provided us with a beach umbrella, bus info, simple breakfast provisions for our first morning as we arrived late evening the day before, helped organize a taxi to the port on our last day and generally being very responsive on whatsapp when things arose. Our apartment had a spacious patio and view of the ocean...so peaceful, the sunset was beautiful. Exceptionally clean and well equipped, we made several meals here and enjoyed the pool, loungers, sauna and the terrace. Cleaning service was provided halfway through our stay, extra towels etc..strong air conditioning and laundry facilities were great. A 10 minute walk down a short cut to Citara beach, we did this daily. The bus stop at the end of the street was very convenient for getting around the island. Marta was also very kind to my children, 9 and 11-year-old boys, which is always appreciated. We spent a week here, the end of a long trip around Italy, and it really was the best way to finish our vacation.

Carlos and his family go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. Each guest has a private apartment and bathroom with a small kitchenette. The residence is in a private, tropical botanical garden with a beautiful swimming pool. Breakfasts (and other meals) are in a beautiful open air covered patio overlooking the swimming pool and palm trees. Recommend the mezza pensione/half board in which dinner is included. The dinners include several antipasti/appetizers, a primo/pasta, a secondo/meat which was usually fresh local fish, dessert, and wine made by the owners. Very good value for the money and everything was freshly made at the moment! A bonus: the best beach on Ischia, San Francesco, is an easy 10-minute walk from the residence. Will definitely return! The staff is like family!
