Beautiful resort on the island with friendly staff and plenty to offer without needing to leave. If you want to explore the island, there is a shuttle, but you can also walk to the beach or down to Forio.

Great location - walking distance of the port, bus station, restaurants, supermarket and shops - the area was quiet and I felt safe. Breakfast was very good with different cakes each day. Lunches and dinners can also be booked at the hotel restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful and can arrange tours. The room was very clean and spacious. Unfortunately I did not have time to make use of the extensive spa facilities that are available.

Location is great, breakfast was okay but overall it’s close to restaurant after a little walk and the staff are friendly. We entered the room to a great smell and cleanliness

Well-kept old school spa hotel with their own thermal pool. Great location in town of Ischia Porto.

We visited Ischia for a day trip and it was so beautiful we didn't want to leave. We booked the hotel last minute because we could see is from the beach! The staff was so lovely, welcoming and helpful. You have to be buzzed in to the hotel at all times so it is incredibly safe. They truly have thought of everything to give you the best stay possible. Take all of their restaurant recommendations, thermal baths, etc.

The hotel staff, especially Alberto who was helpful and always eager to help with luggages or offering a small coffee. The pool area and overall experience whithin the hotel was amazing experience.

The room was very comfortable with an excellent view of the sea and the castle. Breakfast was delicious. Our check in was a great experience. Lorenzo upgraded us without us even asking. He was very friendly and informative.

Friendly staff, quiet place with private beach! Book the new rooms tho! They are better, I stayed in not renovated rooms which was ok, but my friends stayed at the new rooms they were better

The property was beautiful. The pools were lovely. The staff was attentive and friendly. The breakfast had a lot of choices with both sweet and savory options. It was a short walk to the castle and wonderful restaurants. We would stay there again.

This hotel and staff were so generous in their warmth and hospitality. Excellent breakfast which was prepared by a very kind and accommodating chef. Room service was wonderful. The front desk people were exceptional. The spa and therme baths second to none. Incredible bedding slept like a baby. Immaculate cleaning staff.

The view is uninterrupted and expansive! It’s very peaceful and quaint. The location is perfect. It’s a 3 min bus ride from the Ferry port. There is a thermal park right 5 mins from the hotel and the hotel has special discounts vouchers for it. Rooms were basic but very comfortable. Every room has a patio so you can sit and enjoy the view. Breakfast sprawling is free and they have a restaurant which serves dinner. Their dining hall has the best views and is very romantic!

I loved the Hotel Nettuno and the amazing view of the Chiesa (church) outside our window. The accommodations were perfect for my daughter, my friend and myself. Loved the view from the rooftop. Must see!
