The hotel staff from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeepers is perfect. Anything I asked for I get it ASAP. The owner Francisco and his mother is a leader not a boss and all his staff is like a family. Thanks to the whole QUERCETTA family starting from the reception Giorgia,Jacomo, Eleonora & Martina. The Chefs Giovanni, Lorenzo & Elisabetta. I try all the menu plus the Chef was making always a surprise dishes and all what I can say WOWWWWW. Liked everything about the property. We were able to check in early which was wonderful on a rainy day. The spa tub was heaven. It was conveniently located and we had our best meal so far at the restaurant next door. We would have eaten at the restaurant down stairs with its lovely view but we were too hungry to wait.

Located only 2 minutes drive from the waterfallr, the best way i can describe the room is, As close to a modern hotel room as you will ever find. It is really well decorated, 100% clean with a very comfortable bed, a good shower and lots of hot water. The complementary coffee was a nice touch, and having an electric kettle for the cup of tea was great. We reallyvenjiyed the outside area and having the table and chairs was great. There is plenty of offroad parking on the opposite side of the road. Delighted with our stay here.
