Taka-san and his wife were the loveliest hosts. They helped us with contacting our rental gear provider, finding restaurants and learning so much about Hakuba. It felt like staying with a friend. We also loved their private onsens and delicious breakfast.

location, view, and everything is prefect, except i had to clean the washer, previous users obviously did not clean it. Lots of fibers stuck inside. Other than that, it is a perfect place for a big group who wants to enjoy the view, space, and place for themselves.

The owners were incredibly friendly and always tried to help despite minor language barriers. The accommodation is traditionally japanese and does not feel like a tourist trap. The rooms were clean and the onsen is amazing after a long ski day. And last but not least the location is amazing as it is close to all the free shuttle bus stops - we will definitely be back!

Lesley was an amazing, kind and welcoming host. She was incredibly helpful and we were sorted out with ski and gear rentals and ski passes for our stay right away. The bed was very comfortable and the room had heated flooring.
