Shangri-La Hotel Kuala Lumpur offers accommodation in the city centre, just a 5-minute walk to KL Tower and Petronas Twin Towers. From the time we checked in, they were very accommodating and comfortable. The room was very nice with a great view. The service was excellent. The bell girl even helped me out when I was having trouble getting a car to go to the airport. Great hotel and I would stay there again.

They provide an excellent breakfast with a huge variety of local and western options - the Roti station was a highlight! The staff were all great, especially the staff at the main door, very friendly and would go above and beyond in remembering names and when giving directions to places they would walk you out and ensure you started off in the best way possible. The pool is beautiful.
