With its modern design mixed with authentic Omani culture in an alcohol-free environment, the hotel provides 161 hotel rooms and 45 luxury hotel apartments. Staff was very accommodating and kind. They took all my requests into consideration and even checked in with me towards the end of my stay. Even the housekeeping staff was prompt and professional. They cleaned my room super quickly and even left a handwritten note for me explaining how they strive to meet my needs and expectations.
