Hotel Kristal is interconnected with an underground passage that leads to the indoor pools. The front desk staff are THE BEST! They helped me with a million questions, were so kind and welcoming every time I stopped by, and we're just overall some of the best, most welcoming hotel staff I've ever interacted with! The hotel itself has lovely old charm and is ornate and gorgeous, but the rooms are still modern and updated. I was in a room by the elevator but didn't even notice the noise. I had a delightful view onto the courtyard. The spa and wellness area is fantastic with many different options, both for pools and for services. I was able to book 2 services at the last minute, and they were lovely and reasonably priced. Breakfast was FANTASTIC. A great buffet with a variety of selections. I was just sad I'm not very hungry in the mornings so I couldn't eat more.

It had everything we could possibly need — a fully equipped kitchen, relaxing sauna, hot tub, a huge terrace, and the most breathtaking view. The area is peaceful and surrounded by nature, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house was very clean, and the thoughtful touch of wine and cookies made us feel so welcome. The host was incredibly kind, responsive and flexible with check-in and check-out. Honestly, I would recommend this place to everyone — if I could, I’d rate it higher than 10!
