Loved our stay at Holiday Inn Express Sault Ste. Marie! We reached early, and the gentleman at the front desk went above and beyond — safely stored our luggage, refrigerated my daughter’s allergy-specific food, and even suggested some great vegan-friendly restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-stocked, and the Dove toiletries were such a pleasant surprise! Breakfast was exceptional — plenty of choices and those warm cinnamon rolls were heavenly! Perfect location, amazing staff, and fantastic hospitality. Highly recommend!

This hotel located in St. Ignace features an evening bonfire and marshmallow roast by the beach and an indoor/outdoor pool. Views at Castle Rock are just 5 minutes’ drive away. We love the location and the staff. This was our second time staying at this Best Western. They have a decent all you can eat buffet breakfast. We find Saint Ignace to be quieter, than Mackinaw City. Plus it's close to a favorite restaurant - The Gangplank. If you go, I'd recommend the ribs with the bourbon sauce.
