Hotels near Al Khan, Sharjah

This is an excellent hotel located in the city center. The staff at the hotel's front desk are outstanding. They greet and see off guests with a smile every day, patiently answer all kinds of my inquiries, and provide the services I request. For example, when I was short of hangers in my room, the front desk even sent over more than ten hangers, which moved me a lot. The rooms are also very spacious and are carefully cleaned every day. The front desk staff, especially Ms. Janeare extremely excellent. I recommend that everyone must stay here when visiting Sharjah.

The hotel was very good, right next to Corniche and good hotels to eat. Check-in was quick and we even got upgraded. Excellent customer service by the front desk staff, special mention to Baiju and Su, they made sure that we were comfortable. Highly recommended!!

staff are friendly and helpful

The hotel’s beachfront is simply wonderful. The pool is large and heated, although it is quite deep. The food is very delicious with a wide variety of choices. I received a surprise in the room for my birthday — thank you to the staff!

Friendly staff, excellent location near beach, great service

As expected from the hotel, it has met all the needs that I expected from it, and it is always and every time I need to feel comfortable from long days at work its my first choice always. And the reception stuff with Their warm treatment and the smile they have that gives a sense of comfort upon arrival and also The quickly responded to any additional requests. Like Mr Hamza and Mr. Sohail and Anrodha, and Mr. Julius. also the hard to meet all the needs of the guests, And makes the guest feel that he is in his home, as well as the quick wit she enjoys in dealing with the guests. And all stuff in the Housekeeping

Great service, helpful customers

Everything about this hotel appeals to me, and I have made it my usual choice every time I visit Sharjah. The hotel has managed to maintain its high standards since it first opened several years ago. The warm and welcoming service starts from the doormen and continues through the reception team. I would especially like to mention Sabina, a member of the restaurant staff, for her lovely welcome, cheerful smile, and excellent service. The hotel enjoys an excellent location directly on the lake, surrounded by convenient shops and services. The breakfast buffet is delicious, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. For me, this is the best hotel in Sharjah.

The service was very good and I recommend them.

The location was fine for us as we were there just for one night for a 9am flight from Sharjah the next morning. The staff at reception were very welcoming and we were able to check in early plus our room was upgraded, which was great! They gave us advice about travel time to the airport and even arranged an early breakfast to be sent to our room so we could check out early and flagged a taxi for us too! So helpful and much appreciated. We also had dinner at the hotel and really enjoyed the buffet after an afternoon walk around the local area. Fascinating to see the city change from dusk to night from the 19th floor!!

Rooms are clean and excellent.. Bed is comfortable. Great location..staff are very friendly...

Everything was top notch. Reception were quick to answer to my needs.

The room was spotlessly clean and had everything you need for a short stay.

Everything. Many rooms, good comfortable spacious room, clean bathroom with hot water, window with some city view, quiet, restaurant on the ground floor, budget.
