I would like to thank Mrs Ferzin,,,she is really a good, helpful person during my stay in this hotel. She kept in touch with me always if there is any issue she is always there to attend,,thank you,, And a room boy Mr Karthick is also good person,,he is also helpful person.

The Location was excellent and the hotel was very well appointed. The room view was superb... Initially we sought to take one of the offered upgrades, but there was an issue and we were unable to process it... we emailed the excellent Muzaffar Khan - Assistant Front Office Manager and tried to resolve, due to miscommuncation , unsuccessfully. However when we arrived the excellent Mr Khan, made it his business to discuss the miscommunication and solve the issue on the spot. He could not have been more helpful. understanding or thougtful in his approach and solution which was very fair and more than acceptable. A fantasctic ambassador for the hotel and the industry and shining example for all of the staff, obviously well managed by Mr Khan , who were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff were exceptional as was the breakfast choice..

Close proximity. To travel to any part of Dubai. friendly staff .place is very clean

It was located in a busy square, there are a lot of shops nearby, you wouldn't be bored. Located near a metro station to travel around. The owner is kind, and hospitable. The unit itself has overlooking view and you can see famous Dubai landmarks.

This is a Family Hotel and I always prefer to stay here with my Family. Also the Metro Station (Baniyas) is just 100 meter from the hotel. A lot of foods and shopping markets in the surrounding areas.

Reception was so helpful, and the housekeeping team .the hotel is near to metro station which was good for me to access transport. The room had enough space, well organized & cleanliness was at its best. Very near to Baniyas square Metro station. Very kind & friendly receptionists.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 6 days, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience! Everything was nearly perfect - from the excellent housekeeping to the incredibly cooperative reception staff. I must give a special shoutout to Mr. Jonathan, who truly went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful. His exceptional service made all the difference! ASIM

The room is larger than normal and everywhere is spotlessly clean. The location is 6-7 minutes walking distance to Burjuman metro. The staff is very polite and attentive. Thank you.
