فندق ممتاز ومريح

Good size two joint rooms for 4 people. Great staff.

Very friendly and professional stuff especially the cleaning and restaurant stuff, location is excellent

The staff were friendly and accommodating

Thanks Mr irfan hk supervisor everyday coming to check my room cleaning again thanks

The room provided to us had a old washroom. The toilet seat was stained. Titles and everything gave a impression that it needs an upgrade. Cockroaches were also in the room with old and stained carpets.

Every thing was perfect. Staff needs to mention very specially.

The rooms are specious. Staff is very cooperative especially Mr. Saleh. Mr. Mehdi and Mr. Munir at the front desk.

Room was pretty good and cozy

Really great cozy hotel in its category - for amenities in the room could be 5*! All details are thought out (even light inside wardroab!) Friendly and helpful staff - thank you all! Location is brilliant in this vibrant region (for me - the best in Dubai) and close to metro station!

The room was nice and spacious and clean.

Mayfair has always been my favorite place

Conveniently located close to metro. Deira is great - it is affordable, great food, tons of restaurants. Avenue hotel is awesome: The staff is great, spacious room, very clean, has everything necessary including fridge, tea kettle, safe, air-conditioning. They will hold your luggage after check out and before check in. Breakfast is great - many choices, very tasty.

My Second Home in Dubai – Exceptional Service Every Time! I visit the UAE regularly (three times a year), and Al Sarab Hotel Deira has officially become my second home. After staying here consistently for two years, I can honestly say it is the best choice for anyone looking for a 5-star experience that is both affordable and centrally located. What truly sets this hotel apart is the sense of containment and peace. The rooms are always impeccably clean, smell wonderful, and offer a quiet sanctuary away from the hustle of the city. The room service is a perfect 10/10, and the food is consistently delicious. The leadership at the front desk is outstanding. Mr. Al Tahir, the Head of Reception, is exceptional. I’ve watched him interact with many guests, and he is always on the spot to help anyone in need with genuine care. It’s clear that the entire crew, including those working behind the scenes, is dedicated to constant improvement. I see positive changes every time I return. If you want a place where everything is reachable and the staff treats you like family, Al Sarab hotel is the place to be. A huge shoutout to Mr. Al Tahir and the entire team for making my two-week stays so memorable!
