1. Best Location - in the heart of the financial centre, 15 min away from the airport, 15 min to Jumeira, 2 min walk to the top Dubai restaurants 2. Comfort. The most comfortable hotel bed ever 4. Top service

The hotel staff was very very good

Hatsoff to Ms. Samjhana on reception for quick check-in and extremely swift response.. Cleaning staff Ms. Shova was always on time and the room was very well done each day.. I am glad these two staff members made my stay more than pleasant.. Overall this property is at a great location between 2 metro stations surrounded by super markets and restaurants.. Breakfast was very good.. there was a lot of variation and choices which was a good touch.. People are very good.. smiling all the time.. I rate it the best in Dubai...

Nice staff, nice location, beautiful views from the hotel

Location , service , amenities

Place was amazing(wayyy better than it looks in the pictures here on booking) , huge space, beautiful view, soft bed and welcoming stuff. We were on 46th floor and it was truly amazing, pool was nice and deep. Hotel stuff sent us small cake because it was my husbands birthday and were very nice in general. I would be coming back definitely❤️

The staffs were friendly and made it easy for you to approach them for direction and assistance. The poolside guards are very attentive and ready to assist anytime.

Perfect location and great value for money with a two bed apartment for our family of five. Amazing staff who went above and beyond to look after us and make sure we felt safe and protected when our trip suddenly god derailed and flights suspended due to unprecedented attacks on the UAE and closed airspace. Can’t recommend this hotel enough.

Room was spacious and very clean. Staff was very friendly. I arrived early at the hotel due to my flight schedule and the front desk arranged an early check-in and upgraded my accommodation from King room to a Suite with no additional cost. The location was great, near Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. I liked the hot breakfast with variety of foods, and the restaurant had an amazing view.

Great location .. suite was hugh. Staff were very helpful. Amazing view of the museum and near everything

great location , loved the hotel this is my third staying at the hotel, the bell staffs were extremly helpful

The staff are very friendly specially Anis the reception guy very professional .

Overall clean. Enjoyed my stay, staff is polite, accommodating and clean your room daily upon request. The hotel is near everything you need, barber, supermarket, some restaurants, the museum and the heart of Satwa.

Great room, great staff, great vibe. The courtyard is so lively.l and always humming!

The staff, the view, location, the breakfast, food & drinks in the Horizon Club - just perfect! And…. The nice guy on the photo with me is the heart & soul of the place!

Very cozy area and the staffers are good. The lady who cleans my room is superb and professional. Her name is YAM

Clean and contemporary design. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Pool is a nice temperature. TGI Fridays serves a nice bfast. Views of the Burj Khalifa on NYE allowed us to view the fireworks (side view) without being in all the commotion with the kids.
