Many thanks for the duty manager Mr. Samuel

fast and easy check in, easy to find, lots of food options nearby, good room size, comfortable beds, big shower, requested a hairdryer and got it delivered to the room; also at check in they offered us an additional 2 two hours to stay for only 22 euros we definitely recommend this hotel and we would stay there again

There were a couple of issues with the booking and my stay at Crowne Plaza Yas Island. I was unhappy and raised these issues to the Duty Manager, Ms Elisa during check-out. She reacted in such a helpful and constructive manner, that she completely erased my bad memories (which bad memories?) and turned them into a positive experience. I am a manager/CEO myself, and appreciate good management above all. Because of Ms Elisa I am giving my stay a top ranking. Thank you Ms Elisa!
