Staff - extremely friendly and helpful, always prepared to help. Great staff. Location - great location to go around Dubai. Metro is not far from the accommodation (about 10 minutes walk), with that you can go wherever you want at any desirable time. There are two lines and you can travel around with both of them. NOL card (public transport card) can be purchased directly on the subway. Beach is not close to the accommodation, but you can go to the beach by a bus/metro. There are many museums close by to the property, most notably Al Shindagha Museum, Old Dubai and Emirates Museum. Dubai Frame, Museum of the Future and Burj Khalifa can be accessed by a metro. WiFi - it was all the time really good during my stay, there were no issues with it and video calls ran smoothly. Room - it is a very nice room with a spacious bathroom and view on the street. Bed linen, towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving kit, soaps and shampoos are provided and you can always request for more any time you need more. The mini fridge in the room has enough space to store inside few things for the next day. You receive also some water on a daily basis. For going to the shoppings, there are few markets nearby, I was going to nearest ones, which have reasonable prices. Souq is not far away, also nice to walk by the creek and especially in the evening to see all the city in the night lights. I suggest going to Marina and walk there in the evening as well. I can with ease say this is by far one of the best accommodations in Dubai considering the price vs quality and proximity of all major things to see.

The hotel is kept very clean and the rooms are cleaned daily with toiletries are supplied. Very nice staff altogether from the reception, housekeeping and restaurant. We were given a large family room to accommodate four of us . We had breakfast one morning only but we were very satisfied with their range of buffet breakfast

Good location , close to supermarkets , restaurants & shopping centres. The bed is comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful especially the recipient lady .

Although the oldest hotel I believe in Dubai just had an amazing refit the rooms are fantastic. The only criticism was the breakfast area was too dark like a nightclub but they are going to change it so no criticism at all. The staff were amazing.

The staff was exceptional, from the concierge Vishnu and Sanda that gave us a warm welcome and were always helpful and mindful. Our house keeper Zaman who did a great job and kept our room spot less, his attention to details is remarkable.

Reception staff was very good and cooperative both shifts staff was amazing specially Mr.Uzaifa & Mr Sam was really nice person.

This property is located very near to main road… easy accessible for supermarket (24/7) and hotels are very near by with all varieties.. even in this hotel food is awesome.. I was provided with city view with attached balcony..

The staff and the cleanliness as well as the speed of service was great. I would say the location also was comfortable as it was easily accessible from the major tourist sites. We were 7 people , 2 families with kids. We enjoyed .

Incredibly beautiful hotel for very little money for Dubai. Beautiful room, excellent bed, huge TV, robes, slippers, shaving kit, safe, very good toiletries. The staff is very polite. Good soundproofing. Huge terrace in front of the room, swimming pool below. Everything is white, in Arabic stone style. We really liked it! Excellent location next to the metro.
