The breakfast and the lovely room upgrade

Excellent hotel with people friendly staff during our new year trip to Dubai, we loved it. Especially house keeping staff like Mr. Ye Htet, Ganapathy and Masaud. The hotel is in very close proximity to Dubai mall and Burj and the breakfast was delicious.

It was cool inside all the time which is great because outside was were high temperature. It has a pool that is heated and with a lovely view. We ordered food couple of times first it was not expensive second it was delicious.

At check in Malik made a very warm welcome and made our stay very special.

The hotel is very accesible. Close to the metro. The staff are very accommodating.

The staff were very friendly and helpful 24/7 such great service there. Always happy to help. Very clean hotel. The room was nice a big. Breakfast at the hotel was very yummy with a lot of options to pick from. Would stay back here again. Loved it here. 10/10 Thank you 😊

The hotel is brand new and the facilities are all excellent and of the highest finish.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the burj khalifa view from the room was great. The room and bathroom were clean and bedding was comfortable. Taxis are easily available from the property

THE LOCATION IS PERFECT!!! WE DIDNT STOCK IN THE TRAFFIC. THE CLEANLINESS IS GOOD AND HOUSEKEEPING IS PERFECT ! THE PRICE IS MATCH WITH THE HOTEL.

Very well located. Nice roof bar and pool. Nice Choice of restaurants. And most of all the staff was very kind, especially the duty manager when I checked out and also the pool bar manager. Thank you.

The location of the hotel was ideal, the hotel very clean, the staff very very helpful especially Aldi at front desk, the breakfast staff, Rufelyn and the porters.
