Everything starting from outstanding service, smile, helping out and never been out of control during the flood happened in the flood day until last moment. Special thanks to Mr. Ali, Mr. Mina, Mr. Ajay, Ms. Najlaa, Mr. Hatem, house keeping staff, the Pullman Mr. ALI, Mr. Ahmed, Mr. Khaled, Ms. Rena the security. And Mr. Gaith the GM and ( Laura and jue.) In my personal experience novotel suites staff are the best all over dubai.

Exceptional Stay at Signature Hotel Al Barsha! I had a fantastic stay at Signature Hotel Al Barsha From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. A special mention to Vishak, Nabi, and Salim their exceptional service, professionalism, and friendliness truly made my stay memorable. They were always attentive, helpful, and ready to assist with any request. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing ambiance. Diverse breakfast with staff attentive to your needs . Excellent location near all connections. Parking in the basement of the hotel, easy to reach location, impeccable reception service, very clean rooms with excellent conditions. Perfect pool for a hot day with a very nice supervisor.

Close to the mall of emirates, many shops in close proximity. Very polite and cooperative staff.

The checkin procedure was so fast and simple, I've stayed here previously and the team in the reception are always very kind and attending. The studio room which we stayed was very spacious and value for money paid.

Everything was really great, starting from the checkin done by the lovely Khin, to the support and kindness of Mohammed who was incredibly nice and helpful to us, as well as the little attention of every single member of the staff. The room was big and very comfortable, it had all the necessary equipments and the food was very tasty and affordable

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff. We had a Grand Family Room and it was perfect. Super clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet was super nice! Very helpful staff. Rooftop swimming pool as well.

I liked the the room design and TV as well. It is connectable to phone. I connected and watched movie. Room is clean and quiet. Service is not that much professional but still it is ok for 3 star hotel. I liked the breakfast as well. It is small and very nice. Level one design is also good 👍

The location is excellent, we found everything nearby. The hotel provide free shuttle to beach and shopping mall , the staffs are so helpful and supportive thank to Ms. Alaa, Hanna, Latifa and Nurlan for great service.
