The hotel is located in a very central area of Abudhabi and it is convenient to reach different attractions from it especially Yas Island which is located only 20 minutes away from the hotel. Staff were very nice and helpful, check in and check out times were fast, room service was fast. We liked that they have upgraded our room to a suite without asking and that made our short stay more pleasant. I can’t remember the name of the receptionist but thanks alot for that initiative. Pool area was clean and my kids really enjoyed it

The stay was memorable thanks to the immersive Warner Bros.–themed design, excellent location on Yas Island near Yas Mall, complimentary theme park access, easy transportation via the free Yas shuttle bus, and fun character interactions with Tom and Jerry, Bugs Bunny, and Daffy Duck. The facilities, comfort, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere made it an enjoyable experience for both kids and adults. Breakfast was good and offered a high standard with decent variety.

The room is comfortable and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The location is excellent and very convenient, close to Yas Mall, IKEA, and Ferrari World. We stayed in Apartment 13. Downstairs, there is a Carrefour where you can buy food, a pharmacy nearby, and a parking space prepared by the host.

The apartment is beautiful—clean, modern, and very spacious. The location is perfect, just a 5 minute drive from Yas Mall with great walkable local spots like La Brioche nearby. Service from Muhammad Musa (First Class) was exceptional; he was very professional and helpful.

The place is really close the to Yas Mall and Etihad Park which is really convenient as I was visiting for a concert. The staff were so helpful and friendly especially Domingo and Allyana, just lovely! Would totally go back if I ever visit Abu Dhabi again.

Location was very close to WB, Yas Mall and other attractions on the Island. The flat is located within a nice, new luxury compund. The flat is nicely decorated and equipped. The flat owner was very flexible and cooperative and easily contactable. There are security staff at the compound that I found to be professional and helpful. I would not hesistate to stay in the same flat on my next visit to Yas Island.

10/10 apartment. Clean, quiet and comfortable. It has all the amenities you need and it's right next to Yas Mall. Even though we made our reservation late, around 22:30, the host got the apartment ready in 30 minutes and communication was great.

My daughter and I enjoyed the stay. We felt like we had never left our home. Everything we'd need are there. A convenience store and a few restaurants are only a few minutes walk away. Taxis once ordered through the apps, are prompt to arrive, plenty in the vicinity. All the main attractions are nearby. Yas Mall is conveniently very near too. All just a few minutes of taxi ride away. Sara is very prompt to reply. Very polite and accommodating which makes our stay even more pleasant.

The hotel is huge having several places where you can dine and various tastes as well. There is a shuttle bus to a very nice mall close by YAS Mall and an access to a close by beach as well, although i had no time to go. Families with kids, there is a very nice kids area at the hotel.
