This is my second time at the hotel. Unlike my previous stay in the family room this time there wasn't any stuffy smell. The beds were comfortable for good sleep , clean ample rooms and enjoyed the long hot showers which i needed to rejuvenate while on transit. Staff were kind and everything was great. The location near to a cafe is a plus too..

We were visiting Family and the Hotell was near were they live in Al Raha. The hotel was very comfortable with great facilities. All staff were very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return for another stay.

Free shuttle to the airpot, clean room and quiet location. Bed comfortable with extremely comfortable bed sheets

I really enjoyed the room - it was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed with a nice view. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options, from fresh fruits to hot dishes. As for the pool, it was well-maintained, and the surrounding area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Everyone was kind and helpful

One of my favorite Novotels. I somehow sleep like the dead here everytime I pass through Abu Dhabi. The bed is very comfortable and the curtains are very good for blocking out light. The staff is unfailingly polite, pleasant, helpful and friendly. There is a starbucks onsite and taxis appear very quickly when summoned. Although it’s a bit far from the airport, this is my goto Abu Dhabi layover hotel for all the benefits it provides.

It's a great place to spend the night

Very nice hotel with good breakfast and big desk for work in the room.

I don’t have any negative impressions about the hotel.

Staff very friendly. Clean room amd bathroom.

Location is quite and little far from the city so it made it feel like a vacation, the facilities are super nice, staff are really great and very friendly, would like to thank Iman from Restaurant and Afzal from reception for being exceptional service centric

Very good hotel I like it and location is just perfect. Safe. Comfortable beds. Clean. Will come again.

The staff was extremely helpful. I would go back again.

Everything. Mainly location and service.

Arabic style hotel and good facilities. Ms Hu at reception was really hospitable and helpful. Good view of Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque from the beach which was amazing. Great experience of Abra boat.

Top location, best price, upgraded apartments

What we loved most was how welcoming and family-friendly the property was. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us and our kids, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt calm, safe, and well-managed. It genuinely felt like 5-star treatment in a 3-star hotel…We’ve stayed in higher-rated hotels before, but Gravity Hotel Abu Dhabi gave us an experience that genuinely exceeded expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, respectful, and incredibly accommodating — especially with kids, which makes a huge difference. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well prepared for a family stay. Everything felt calm, safe, and organised, allowing us to actually relax. Although it’s officially a 3-star hotel, the treatment was 5-star throughout. We never felt overlooked or rushed, and the level of care we received was outstanding. This was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had as a family. Highly recommended — we would book again without hesitation.

Staff hospitality especially Magdy, mostafa, Ahmed duty manager, MIaa waiter in the main restaurant
