The staff courtecy was excellent, i made mistake in booking the type of room but the syrian guy in the reception corrected it without extra price. Also the two asian femal staff in the reception were smilling and with my Children.

Spacious rooms, relaxing atmosphere. Very good restaurants. Very engaged hotel staff especially manager. Thank you!

Breakfast was nice…But i can hive the same comment for their dinner and meats. Also their sprits and coctails are not goods. Worst margarita ever!!!

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 1 night. The hotel is luxurious, comfortable and new. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. I had a problem, the reservation staff were very friendly, tried to make me feel better. They recommended that I write to the support team. Then I wrote to the support team, they responded very promptly and solved my problem.

Wonderful place, beautiful common areas and nice rooms. Everything was clean, the staff was professional, attentive and I want to mention especially Mr Ajay. Will definitely come back when coming again to Dubai.

Location is wonderful if you are a golfer. And the Team is amazing and very helpful. Food is delicious, although breakfast during the week was a bit disappointing. But made up by service!

The hotel has very unique fashioned style. It has a great location, only 15 minutes walk till Dubai Mall. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at this IHG hotel and had an excellent experience. The facilities are new, modern, and extremely comfortable, making for a very pleasant and relaxing stay. The staff was professional, attentive, and always willing to help, delivering the high standard of service that I’ve come to expect from IHG hotels. Every detail was taken care of, from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a seamless, comfortable, and top-notch experience.

Great hotel in central location (new part of the city) which offers transfers to Dubai Mall and a beach. The lady at the reception who did our check in was amazing, we are so sorry to not have noted her name (after a sleepless overnight flight) - but she was wonderful!

Very spacious and comfortable rooms and nice on site bar.

The hotel itself is lovely, the Staff... I really can't thank them enough. Everyone, from Modest, Yeashin, Kim, Mohammed (can't remember all their names) but I swear they are the sweetest people ever.

Thank you for the service. Your assistance has been greatly appreciated.

We liked everything! The location is good, and the view from the rooftop terrace is simply incredible, unbelievable, and breathtaking!!! Room is quite spacious, super comfortable mattress and pillows, and very nice bed sheets. This was probably the most comfy bed I ever slept in, didn't want to get up in the morning)) Staff is helpful and polite, very convenient valet service. In general, only good impressions from this hotel, highly recommend.

The location, the hospitality, the cleanliness and the food were just amazing.
