**Excellent Stay - Highly Recommended for Families** I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to other travelers, especially families. **Room & Amenities:** The room was spacious and filled with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The tasteful decor and impeccable cleanliness made for a very comfortable stay. The bed was large and extremely comfortable, ensuring great rest after busy days of sightseeing. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was much appreciated. **Service:** The hotel staff were consistently courteous and friendly throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. **Breakfast:** The breakfast spread was truly impressive with an amazing variety of options to suit different tastes and dietary needs. It was a great way to fuel up for each day of exploring. **Location:** The hotel's location is ideal - just a short walk to the charming old town, perfect for evening strolls and sightseeing. Staff are the best. Breakfast bountiful and wonderful. Room was perfect as usual. I have been to this hotel 5x and always it's a great experience whether on my own or with my daughter. I highly recommend this elegant little gem in the best location: close to walk to everything yet just a little out for a bit more quiet. I love it's just across from Mirabell palace and gardens.

This is a charming hotel. It was roomy and well equipped with ample space for luggage and several outlets. There was a mini fridge, wine glasses and comfortable seating area. It was immaculate and there was a nice selection of food in the breakfast room. The few things lacking were a coffee/tea option in the room, hooks for bath towels and a nightstand on one side of the bed (we dragged a small table next to the bed as a substitute. Overall, our stay was very pleasant.
