All of the Staff at the curb entrance were excellent as was the front desk (Poppie). We also experienced the Broadway play “Hamilton” at the hotel theatre. It was phenomenal.

This is truly a five-star experience. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Sydney, near iconic landmarks. My room was fantastic, offering a breathtaking full view of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. The food was excellent, and the staff was amazing, providing top-notch service. The hotel’s modern design and luxurious atmosphere made my stay even more special. I also appreciated the complimentary snacks and a bottle of wine - a wonderful touch! Very attentive staff. Close to Redfern Station for convenient trips to wharf and other sites. Room with patio was delightful to have breakfast on. Nespresso coffee machine was a plus!
