All good , near subway and bus stop , near China town , room clean , have windows , customer service when check in very friendly and nice .

This is a wonderful, beautifully designed hotel in an ideal location for exploring Sydney. The staff is exceptionally friendly and made our stay truly memorable. You can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the restaurant and relax with a cocktail in the evening while taking in the city views. If we ever have the chance to visit Sydney again, we will definitely return to this hotel.

Nice Area in the CBD, clean room, full equiped. Awesome bed (really comfy).

Fabulous hotel. Great location and wonderful staff. Bubbles on arrival was a lovely (unexpected) touch. The room was well appointed and very clean. Breakfast was good. Will definitely book again.

Staying at Song Hotel on our first trip to Sydney with our 7-year-old child was truly an excellent choice. The room was very clean, and the breakfast provided every morning was simple yet satisfying. Above all, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and friendly, making our stay comfortable and pleasant throughout. The hotel is conveniently located near Museum Station, which made it easy to get around the city. Another major advantage is that it takes less than 30 minutes to reach the hotel from the airport by train without any transfers. There were a few occasions when noise from neighboring rooms could be heard, but I understand this is not something the hotel can fully control. Even considering this, I believe this hotel offers outstanding value for money at this price point. Thank you for the kind hospitality. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Sydney.

Very large spacious appartment. Bedrooms separated by living space. Great beds and showers Great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance to city. Bus complex nearby to get to that famous Bondi beach. Hyde Park down the street. Highly reccomend

Location is great, just walk out the door and you can right in the thick of it. Coles nearby which is very cool.

Good size of the room. Good location I liked that breakfast was delivered to the room the day before, because then you didn't have any times to take into account

So close to everything. Very convenient.

This hotel is fantastically located right opposite central station. We literally got off the train and were checked in within 15 minutes.

The location was perfect, the beds were comfy, the WiFi was fast and the toilets/shower was clean as can be. Especially for shared use.

The staff was super friendly and helpful

Very central, clean, super affordable and modern

The location, humble staff, cleanliness & hygiene kept the ibis world apart from the other hotels..

Three things in particular: 1. The room itself was great. 2. The staff were beyond great. To a man/woman. 3. The free laundry. So important when you’re on the road for two months.

Central location. Excellent, friendly and helpful front desk staff (dealt with Shou). Nice decor throughout and seems recently refurbished. Good shower, seems clean. Small but exactly as advertised.

A really stylish place to stay and quite a large room, including a large bathroom. The staff were lovely and helpful. The bar downstairs is fantastic and was really pumping on the Saturday night, but the sound didn't travel upstairs much at all.

The art deco style is perfect. They hold a happy hour at 5 pm for guests. I also stayed at the ace hotel but this one was so much better

Amazing modern facilities with great art, facilities and design vibe in the rooms. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotet, but we loved the rooms, the coffee and vibe!

Nice room, very kind and helpful staff. Offered coffee :) Modern and inviting bathroom. Close to Central Station. Nice TV

Loved the location and size of rooms
