PROXIMITY - It was at the city centre of Bright. Everything is within close proximity - restaurants, grocery stores and other shops! Furthermore, it was just a walking distance to where the shuttle pick up going to Mt. Hotham was so it was super convenient for us. THE ROOM - The room was fairly clean when we arrived. There's just a bit of lingering smell maybe from people that was in the room previously. The heater was already on when we went in so it feels cozy coming from the chilly outside feels. The toilet was clean too. Other than that, everything is clean so shout out to the hotel cleaner - good job! FURNITURES - The bed was great and comfy which has a heated function so it adds to our comfort during this winter weather including the microwave which was normally dirty with other hotels that we stayed in. During this stay, we used the microwave often as it's been raining a lot so we decided to take away and eat-in. STAFF - Staff were amazing! They can easily be communicated through text messaging. They initiate self check in and it was a breeze! Coffee, tea, toilet rolls stocks were ample for our 2-night stay. On our last day, I requested to check out a little later than usual so we can have a slow and easy breakfast in town without rushing and they were very nice to allow us to stay an hour longer. Friendly atmosphere and hosts. Great location and everything a budget traveller needs. Loved the shower - great water pressure. And loved the pub downstairs. Would fully recommend to anyone stopping in Myrtleford.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large, modern and well lit. Balcony furniture was comfy and clean but the lack of extensive paving made walking in crushed rock "messy". Nice common lounge with open fireplace. Large wall mounted TV.

Very clean room, excellent show pressure, value for money, great location and very quiet.
