The Pan Pacific is a wonderful hotel with fantastic, helpful, professional staff. The breakfast is excellent, the location is great, the views from the upper floors are very impressive. We loved our stay at the hotel and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

Loved this hotel! Everything was clean and nice.

I wish I had more nights at this lovely hotel. The room was nicely laid out, the extra toiletries appreciated, the bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful. The pool faces a natural hillside, you can float and listen to the birds in the trees- that might have been my favorite part of my stay. There's a bus stop next to the hotel (Google shows it as a further walk than it is), easy to connect to other parts of the city.

The lady who did my my check in on Tuesday night was amazing even the guy who helped out with my printing the following day. Fascinated by the warm welcome and amazing service with a smile. God bless
