Location is perfect for access to Southbank and the city

The hotel is located just beside convention centre, with connecting staircase, which is very convenient for guest attending conference there. The bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable. The staffs were very helpful.

The customer service was exceptional.The facilities were exceptional.The fact that they gave me an upgrade without me asking was amazing.I wish I could have stayed a bit longer than just a weekend.I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Proximity to QPac and train station was excellent. Room and bed very comfortable and room very clean. Restaurant was very stylish, very welcoming for a drink and dinner was delicious. Prebooking from the menu was a bonus as we were attending a show at QPac. Staff were excellent especially Ryan in the restaurant and reception staff.

Location excellent, amazing view (even from ‘just’ the 13th floor), very helpful and friendly staff. Clean room and comfy bed. Within 5 minutes of the shopping mall and 7 min walking to ferry (free one or pay only 0,50).

Location is perfect. 5 min walk to the lagoon, restaurants and bars. Apartment is lovely, really big and comfortable.

Love the quality, location and the classy vibe of Royal on the Park. Has such a lovely charm to it. It’s quiet but still walking distance to everything you need. We have stayed here +10 times over the years and always come back. It’s our favourite hotel in the city. The buffet breakfast is incredible and Jess always takes good care of us as well 🩷 Can’t wait for our next stay.

Location was so convenient truly in the middle of Bris cbd. The building was full of so much charm and the room was very comfortable. Really appreciated the desk set-up and the bedding. The staff members were so helpful and kind and check-in and out was a breeze. Quiet, quirky and full of heart. It was so nice to stay in a location I have passed so many times when I was a brissy local- it was beyond brilliant.

Love the bright windows across the room with panoramic views of the city! Very clean and comfortable room with strong aircon. Fantastic location near train station and main attractions, all within walking distance.

Liked being able to go for a swim at 8pm. Had a delicious meal at the restaurant. Great easy to access parking. Bed was comfy and a good size nice outlook of the pool. Reception staff were lovely both on check in and check out.

Excellence staffs service, nice and friendly. Offers us to check in early, you can also apply IHG member for free. No issues to asked for late check out for my case. Room is excellence and comfort especially beds and more space Location is good, near river so you can see the top view and river view from your room if you book the river view (my room is city view) Plus- you can walk along the bridge to visit Museum and other attraction places, if you love to sightseeing walk, I recommended, you can visit the attraction places in Brisbane! :D

Location, size of rooms plus the view was incredible

The first night we stayed at the hotel, there was an unfortunate incident involving a guest in the room next to ours, which required police intervention. Of course, this situation was completely beyond the hotel staff’s control. To apologize for the inconvenience, they kindly upgraded us to a suite for the remaining three nights of our stay and offered us a bottle of wine along with some local food gifts from the Brisbane area. The staff were simply amazing — incredibly professional, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. This is exactly the level of service you’d expect from a hotel of this standard. The hotel itself is excellent and highly recommended, especially for tourists, as it’s located right in the city centre, close to everything Brisbane has to offer.
