I had an excellent and very comfortable stay at Golden City Hotel. The staff were incredibly humble and polite, and even upgraded me to a better room at no additional cost when the one I had booked was unavailable. The breakfast was delicious and available even during times when there were few guests in the hotel. I was impressed with the hotel's amenities as they looked exactly like the pictures on the website. Although I did not use the fitness center, it was available for use. I found Manager Faud to be very polite and accommodating. The hotel is ideally situated in a prime location, just 400 meters from Nariman Narimanov metro station and within walking distance of the Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center. The staff were always polite, and I felt safe throughout my stay. The food served for lunch and dinner was both tasty and affordable. Without hesitation, I would choose to stay at Golden City Hotel if I ever travel to Baku again. The hotel is a hidden gem, and I feel compelled to recommend it to others. I was surprised to read some negative reviews about this place, as my experience was nothing but positive.

I booked standing outside the hotel and my original booking was cancelled without any notification. They accommodated us. Rooms were basic, location good. Staffs were good
