The place was great, very clean. The people were very friendly . I like the place.

Great hotel. The woman at reception was brilliant and so helpful for information. I think her name was Manuela?

We arrived on Christmas Eve in the middle of an arctic gale of -13°C! The warm greeting by the receptionist contrasted the cold outside. Apologies for not remembering a name, but the gentleman at reception was so lovely; he was very welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Overall, all the staff members at this hotel are wonderful. Everyone is friendly and helpful, from when we requested towels, a pillow, a room refresh, or information. They really made the stay so lovely. The breakfast is value for money and is delicious, with a wide variety of options (buffet). The hotel itself also has a warm and inviting atmosphere; the photos of the interior design is what drew me to book at this property. It is clean, modern, quiet and I felt safe. I was looking for modern but cosy, and that’s what we got. We found our room very comfortable, clean and a warm retreat from the cold streets — we couldn’t stop talking about how comfortable our bed was! We slept very well. The shower is lovely and spacious and the water nice and hot! The city centre is about a 15-minute walk, which was great. The entrance door locks at a certain time where a night-staff member has to open for you, and it added to the safety which I appreciate. I strongly recommend this hotel! :)

It very close to amenities and easy to locate.

Very nice hotel, good localization, but stay was too short. We will come back for sure.

Close to public transport (bus)

Excellent location, near the train station and within walking distance from the old city (if you wish to walk).

Very nice place Very clean and good quality people

24x7 reception, easy to use storage locker, and walkable distance from the Brussels Midi/Zuid station are all extremely convenient for travelers using the Eurostar. The rooms were more spacious than how it appears on the photo. The bunk-beds had "guards" so younger children can also use them (and they usually want to!) without the worry of falling off. The restaurants in and near the hotel is also open until late. Walkable distance to the main tourist attractions. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The kids loved the comic themes!

Close to airport . Clean and calm

Nice hotel, very clean, the location is good, close to train station, the staff is friendly 👌 the food is good and the hotel price and food is not very expensive 😀 if I would visit here again, I would stay here again. Very recommended 👌

The room is very comfortable, clean, has all the amenities, air conditioning, a super small refrigerator, a super comfortable bed, a TV, I'm satisfied, everything is great!
