Welcoming staff, nice facilities and great location.

The hotel is excellent in quality and cleanliness, but what is really special is the the thematic decoration of cycling in every detail, really original idea

I like how cozy and calm and quiet the place was. And everything is proper.

Quiet, peaceful and comfortable hotel. Breakfast was amazing, everything was homemade. Fresh juice, homemade bread and cakes. Something new and freshly made each morning. The outdoor sauna was a nice touch.

Great price, nice clean and tidy, quiet location been twice now. The staff/owners were absolutely fantastic as on 30th dec the eurotunnel suspended all crossings so had to divert too get the ferry thus making us really late for checking in but they allowed us to check in later once reception had shut by giving us a code to get into the premises front door and our room keys and relevant info were all in an envelope for us giving us a huge sigh of relief.new will definitely be back!

I just love everything about the hotel

We saw this hotel and restaurant cruising the canal and decided we must try it out. So when we got the "King's table" at the restaurant and there we had a great lunch deciding to book a room at the hotel just there, at the dining table in the restaurant. Online. Using modern tech in this medieval surroundings. Just perfect. And we got a really cozy and very clean room on the top floor with a great bed in this historical building. Everything was great. The owners, the staff, the food, the surroundings, the room. We will be back :)

The hotel is just in the middle of the historical Brugge, so very good location (3-5 min with taxi from the train station). We had a huge room with canal view. Very nice staff. Breakfast was not so generous (no fruits or vegetable), but tasteful. I do recommend it! 😃

Location great, staff really good

I travelled around the places featured in the film In Bruges. The hotel was excellent, but the city, restaurants, and boat tours were packed with tourists — make sure to book in advance. And that was on a Tuesday and Wednesday; I can hardly imagine what it’s like on the weekend. Ken and Ray apparently stayed in room 10 or 11, not 2x.

The room was cozy and warm, the breakfast was very fresh and different every day and the location is just perfect to be right inthe middle of everything

Everything is great. Wifi is pretty weak, but I enjoyed the view from the windows, so no problem at all. I haven’t thought they clean the room everyday, but they do. Super great experience!!

The breakfast was spectacular. What made the experience so memorable was the wonderful staff. The eye for detail for every little thing was outstanding. I really enjoyed staying here!
