I recently stayed at the Radisson RED, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel itself is modern, vibrant, and full of character, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone we met was incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind to us. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their friendliness and attention to detail made us feel truly cared for, and it added such a personal touch to our stay. Whether it was help at reception, staff in the restaurant, or even the housekeeping team, every interaction was marked by professionalism and kindness. It’s rare to find a hotel where the whole team is consistently so thoughtful and helpful. I highly recommend Radisson RED—not only for its stylish atmosphere and great facilities, but especially for its amazing staff who made our experience so special. We will definitely be returning!

I loved everything. Location was great, staff was friendly and respectful. The bed was 10/10, it was more comfortable than my own bed.

The entire hotel staff was polite and friendly. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was also delicious. The hotel is conveniently located near the Montgomery metro station. All in all it was a good hotel to stay.

The room was excellent, spacious, clean and beautiful. Very quite with a comfy bed. There is a nice bar and the late check out is a great bonus. Certainly coming back again.

First, the rooms are very spacious, which is a treasure for Brussels. Secondly, it is very stylish. Yes, the furniture is a bit worn in places, but it's not a problem if you also consider the price. The location is one of my favorites in the area, with shops and parks within walking distance. Quite clean and very courteous staff, communicate very friendly and loyal.

An oasis in the middle of Brussels. We had a wonderful stay at Maison Flagey. What an incredible house! Just beautiful and so comfortable.

We didn't have breakfast, but service from the staff was exceptional and nothing was too much for them. Sophia the concierge must be mentioned as a stand out member of the hotel team. The whole building was spotless and well maintained Over all an excellent hotel to stay at.
