Beautifully designed space with great facilities

The service is excellent, is a cozy hotel with very attentive staff. The food is great! Feels like being at home. The location is very good central and in a lovely area. The gym facilities are good. I recommend it, the garden is lovely and the rooms are very comfortable.

The views from the sauna / steam and two relaxation rooms were outstanding, as you have panoramic views of the whole city and beyond - though it was very sunny and clear sky when I stayed. However you are high enough regardless of weather to appreciate the view. It would be great for couples and the location is excellent for high-end clothes shopping but also great bars and restaurants. The breakfast has plenty of choice and well presented. The restaurant food is equally prepared to a good standard. My only complaint was that I was travelling for work and therefore alone, otherwise it is a definite consideration to go back for a long weekend break with my wife. Floor 13 and above is a must for the bedroom views. The bedroom was high spec and great for three nights stay. The lounge on the 24th floor (I think) seemed slightly compromised for seating space but if it isn't busy, it's an excellent place to relax and take in the sites of the city, after shopping and exploring the area...Definitely recommend, though I didn't try the gym (didn't bring my gear), so cannot really comment on the gym set-up. Overall, great stay!!!

The bed was large and incredibly comfortable — exactly what you want after a day exploring Brussels. I appreciated the small details: quality toiletries, a powerful hairdryer, good lighting, and a kettle for coffee/tea. 🍳 Breakfast & Dining: The breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise: fresh pastries, Belgian waffles, cold cuts, fruits, and even some warm dishes. Everything was well stocked and freshly prepared. The staff in the dining area were attentive and kept everything clean and inviting. 📍 Location: Situated in the Saint-Gilles district, it’s only a short tram ride or a healthy walk to major spots like Avenue Louise, the EU Parliament, or even the Grand Place. There are local bakeries, shops, and cafes nearby, giving a local neighborhood vibe instead of the usual tourist chaos. 💻 Extras: Free high-speed Wi-Fi, a decent-sized desk (great if you’re working remotely), and a small fitness area if you want to stay active. Bonus points for the underground parking — very convenient if you’re renting a car or traveling by motorcycle. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. First, the rooms are very spacious, which is a treasure for Brussels. Secondly, it is very stylish. Yes, the furniture is a bit worn in places, but it's not a problem if you also consider the price. The location is one of my favorites in the area, with shops and parks within walking distance. Quite clean and very courteous staff, communicate very friendly and loyal.

The hotel was very beautiful and my stay was pleasant. Even though the room was small, it was comfortable and fitting for the length of my stay. The staff were very helpful and even with the short duration of my stay, I was very impressed. Everything at breakfast was also very tasty. Additionally the hotel offers different services, like sending the postcard.

Everything was elegant! The room was clean, comfort and silent with perfect decoration and warm lighting. The breakfast was fresh and of high quality and wide variety served at the spacious lounge under a glass pyramid dome. The location is perfect and easily accessible by tram while it is close to Luise metro station and Midi train station. The gentle personel at reception and lounge is friendly and warmly polite. I would stay at Manos Family Hotel again in the future.

Really clean and surprisingly wide room for a hotel. The beds are so comfortable and clean. Location is superb, walking distance from shops, restaurants. Its restaurant, Ninety One offers breakfast buffet with great choices at reasonable price. Carol at the reception is so cordial and helpful.

The location was great, the place was very clean, and thanks to the blackout curtains, the room stayed dark even though the sun sets late in summer. On our first night, there was a problem with the toilet, but the staff responded immediately and had it fixed right away. The decoration was beautiful, and the staff were extremely attentive. I would definitely stay here again.

We didn't have breakfast, but service from the staff was exceptional and nothing was too much for them. Sophia the concierge must be mentioned as a stand out member of the hotel team. The whole building was spotless and well maintained Over all an excellent hotel to stay at.

The hotel was extremely comfortable and ideally located. The rooms are spacious, and the bedding is of excellent quality. All the necessary amenities were provided. This is a hotel I've visited several times, and the welcome is always warm. A special shout-out to the receptionist/ doorman/ concierge, who was very friendly (and charismatic).
