The hotel staff were quite helpful and kind , especially mercello if i can remember his name rightly. All the front desk officers were wonderful. I must commend the cleaning staff they cleaned quite early and promptly. Location was excellent, a min walk to the bustop. Also it was a walking distance to the grand place and most tourist site.

Great location. Metro is right outside. 10 min walk to Grand Place with a lot of shops and restaurants. You can walk to quite a few museums also. You are not at a loss for places to eat. Great seafood, waffles and chocolates. I wish I didn't come with just a carry on luggage. My only regret as I could not load up on more chocolates.
