It was a very comfortable and cozy stay for a budget hotel The bed was very cozy. The room was cozy even the bathroom was cozy

Close to train station. Very helpful happy staff. Very good breakfast

I didn't have breakfast; however, I have stayed her previously and elected to have breakfast without providing any warning, and it was truly amazing. The place is just exquisite. The bedrooms small - albeit superbly well designed. The grounds beautiful.

Incredibly kind and helpful reception - Colin. A real Brussels man! Outstanding!

Beautifully designed space with great facilities

Very kind staff, very clean and cozy atmosphere. Big balcony with garden view.

Great location, easy to access by tram and in the heart of a cool part of Brussels, with loads of great bars and restaurants.

25min to the trainstation but metro is closer. Staff and facility briliant. Breakfast definitly best i ever had, and i have been in quite a few 5 star hotels. Their scrambled eggs taste differently! Room beautiful with working ac, some kettle sugar coffee tea, but also loads of night lamps taking away struggle from usual hotels. Facility has active gym and pool table and for the fans of sport, there are loads of couches where you can watch worldcup on the screen. Definitly will choose this hotel next time i am in brussels. My girlfriend was amazed too and that is quite an achievement haha

the 2022 screen at the front desk was one of the best decorations i ever seen in my life

Great staff, brilliant breakfast!

I liked the place .. the area is a quiet and safe place with near kids' playground .. the staffs were so friendly especially " julia/juliana" .. also Italian restaurant.. free public parking

Very friendly staff. Thank you! Enjoyed my stay.

Beautiful town house in Ixelles - room had a lot of character..

the bathroom was a little small but I had been warned. Else very calm & lovely

The room, the staff and the service which are excellent.

Excellent stay. The hotel was spotless clean, smelled well, staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast- very good! The location convenient, in a walking distance (30min) to the main square.

Lovely and attentive stuff 24/7, very clean, good food, nice deco.

The decoration was beautiful, truly both the room and the restaurant were just beautiful to be in. The view on the city was also great, and the staff, especially the lovely woman managing the breakfast on the 29th really made the stay a great experience.

The hotel room is more a like a serviced apartment than your traditional, or regular, hotel room. It has everything you need for a longer stay. Room service is daily. Hotel staff is more than friendly, they are very responsive to your needs and/or requests; this includes every single person from the hotel: not just the receptionists. I wish more places are like this one. The location of the property is not a minus whatsoever because the public transport in Brussels is on point so you won't have any issues reaching or leaving the hotel if you don't rent a car. We'll definitely book again here when we come back to Brussels.

Newly opened, everything fresh and sleek, spacious room, great bathroom, great view, very quiet, excellent location. Very friendly staff, good breakfast

Maison Flagey is an excuisite art nouveau mansion . The design elements are authentic and date to the early twentieth century . The circular central staircase is magnificent. Even the tiles in the bathroom were original and beautiful. Our room looked out over the Ixelles Ponds. Host Vincent was kind, helpful and most informative.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel The Neufchatel Brussels. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and cozy, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We especially appreciated the neat and well-maintained room, the pleasant environment, and the helpful service. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and the hotel made a very positive impression on us. We would gladly recommend Hotel The Neufchatel Brussels to anyone visiting Brussels.
