Extremely comfortable, very clean, and lovely staff. The apartment was huge, well equipped and very light with a beautiful view of the XIVth century Basilica directly in front of the hotel. A pleasure to wake up to such a view. The location is perfect to explore the city and also close to the train station (directly connected to BRU airport).

I liked everything about the property but the staff was exceptional from the cleaning staff to the receptionists. Facilitated me greatly being a lone traveller with two dogs and allowed for a late check out so I wouldn’t have to wait too long for my plane at the airport

Location is very good, just 10 second walk to river and inside the city center. What make it best is their stuffs, I got a lot of help from all three receptionists, as well as their kitchen stuffs! Our kid enjoyed their kids corner a lot, and you can also get free bread near reception:)
