The service is excellent, is a cozy hotel with very attentive staff. The food is great! Feels like being at home. The location is very good central and in a lovely area. The gym facilities are good. I recommend it, the garden is lovely and the rooms are very comfortable.

The views from the sauna / steam and two relaxation rooms were outstanding, as you have panoramic views of the whole city and beyond - though it was very sunny and clear sky when I stayed. However you are high enough regardless of weather to appreciate the view. It would be great for couples and the location is excellent for high-end clothes shopping but also great bars and restaurants. The breakfast has plenty of choice and well presented. The restaurant food is equally prepared to a good standard. My only complaint was that I was travelling for work and therefore alone, otherwise it is a definite consideration to go back for a long weekend break with my wife. Floor 13 and above is a must for the bedroom views. The bedroom was high spec and great for three nights stay. The lounge on the 24th floor (I think) seemed slightly compromised for seating space but if it isn't busy, it's an excellent place to relax and take in the sites of the city, after shopping and exploring the area...Definitely recommend, though I didn't try the gym (didn't bring my gear), so cannot really comment on the gym set-up. Overall, great stay!!!

Excellent experience. King size bed with extra soft down pillows and blanket. All clean, smelled nice, new, modern and very central location. Just 10min walking to old town. It was still quite quiet and great for experience calm holidays . Excellent communication with host to receive access etc. Option to have safe luggage boxes if arrive early or leave later than official check out.

Loved the location. Loved the amenities. Made my stay wonderful. And the kitchenette was a surprise cos I wasnt expecting it.

The building and room were clean and organized. The bed, pillow, sheets, and shower were very clean, good, and comfortable. The location is good as it is only a few meters away from public transportation and Gare Du Midi. There are several restaurant options nearby. The hotel offers a complimentary coffee/milk/tea machine and has a table you can use, so we bought bread at the supermarket and it served very well for our breakfast. The hotel also offers a paid breakfast option.

It was close to the station. Nice and smooth check . Well equipped.

The location was great, the place was very clean, and thanks to the blackout curtains, the room stayed dark even though the sun sets late in summer. On our first night, there was a problem with the toilet, but the staff responded immediately and had it fixed right away. The decoration was beautiful, and the staff were extremely attentive. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was well cleaned, the bed is comfy and the shower is very good. Near to the city center, so it is possible to go everywhere on foot.

I liked the location of the hotel, in a quiet place, close to shopping street. Nearby metro station. Walking distance to the train station is about 20-25 minutes

Everything was elegant! The room was clean, comfort and silent with perfect decoration and warm lighting. The breakfast was fresh and of high quality and wide variety served at the spacious lounge under a glass pyramid dome. The location is perfect and easily accessible by tram while it is close to Luise metro station and Midi train station. The gentle personel at reception and lounge is friendly and warmly polite. I would stay at Manos Family Hotel again in the future.
