Excellent, varied breakfast. Large, comfortable room and friendly staff. We arrived very early and were allowed to check in and leave our luggage while they cleaned the room

After being let down by my original hotel, with no notice & paid for 4 weeks earlier, this was booked at very short notice. Friendly staff member who helped carry my things to the room. Room very comfortable & good choices for breakfast. Dog friendly!

Super friendly staff and the breakfast was amazing. We all love the contemporary design and big rooms. The contrast between modern and old works really well. At least we love it. Big shout out to Baskal the man behind the bar! We will be back soon!

On arrival the staff were very welcoming and patient with our lack of French and helped us with directions to Lille and things to do in the surrounding area. The room was clean and everything worked a treat. Breakfast was great and 9.50€ is a good price for a buffet style with bread, croissants, pain au chocolat and cereals amongst other food.

Third time we have stayed here. Perfect stay. Paid cheap parking on the door step, easy check in and excellent facilities. Excellent breakfast and really friendly staff.

Garbage and they do not care about the customer’s comfort. In the end, garbage. I left the hotel without making the reservation. They did not return my money. I do not advise you.

It has been a while since I had a breakfast that good in a hotel (variety, quality). Walking distance to city center, clean, friendly discreet staff. Can stay here and enjoy holiday in Lille, Bruges and Gent (all closer than 1 hour drive).

Very nice hotel. Though the entrance is a bit deep from the square, the hotel gives a sense of warm with his chimney. Spacious rooms awaits you. The breakfast included was a cherry on the top.

The breakfast was equally impressive, with a great selection of fresh and high-quality products. A special thank you goes to the staff, who were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. I felt genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be back and look forward to checking in again.

Very nice service and a great rest

Many thanks for the welcome and the quality of service, I had a pleasant stay and everything was perfect. I will come again for my next trip. Good location, very clean room, perfect breakfast, my host was a warm person. I recommend the Trappist bear for fans.

After a long day of meetings I arrived at 02h in the morning. Super friendly welcome and no problem at all. Good sleep and nice wake up with friendly morning staff. I will return.
