Clean, cozy hotel with excellent location. Great food in the restaurant - absolutely delicious, very well presented. The breakfast was also a nice surprise! Freshly squeezed juice, big choice of fruits, good coffee. The room was very comfortable with lovely balcony and lovely view. The spa is not big, but absolutely enough and really nice! The massages! Really recommend the oxygen therapy 👌 The service in the whole hotel (reception, spa, restaurant) was very good, very kind and helpful staff. We liked the place really a lot and hopefully will come back soon.

A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Nature Our family of four (two adults and two children) had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which is truly one of the best in the area. Nestled in the forest and surrounded by breathtaking nature, the hotel is only a 15-minute walk from the lift to the Seven Rila Lakes. The rooms are cozy and impeccably clean, offering a welcoming atmosphere after a day of exploring. The service throughout our stay was exceptional – every detail was taken care of with great professionalism. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and while the breakfast was fairly basic, it was exactly what you would expect from a hotel of this type. Without a doubt, we will return to this hotel when we visit the area again. Just a few additional notes for future guests: • There are no air conditioners in the rooms. • The mattresses are quite soft (for our family). • There is no elevator. • The spa is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Overall, none of these points were an issue for us, but they are good to be aware of when planning your stay.

Breakfast was varied and delicious. It's hard to take your eyes off the mountain view that opens from the restaurant. It was beautiful. It is certainly a suitable place for a romantic dinner with your partner. The staff are polite and kind.

Perfect choice for a calm/romantic holiday within the beautiful nature of the mountain. There is solid wood everywhere and the interior is full of details you would love. The hosts and their family were very helpful and did their best to make our stay one to remember. There is small restaurant with a spirit of its own which you need to experience. The breakfast was really generous and there was a healthy cup full of various fruits for desert. Located within the forest part, close to the main road this hut will be appreciated by many. In a clear night if you look at the sky, you will see the Milky Way.

Our room was big, cosy and with a lot of light. The spa pool is really nice. We were allowed to stay at the spa even after checkout (we had a very late checkin). The location is really close to the Rilla lakes lift.
